John’s comments on the day:
“Bow of the Second Snark in the first photo at Largs next to the Countess.  I’m sure I sailed on the Snark on this occasion from Gourock to Largs as it was my first time on her and I seem to remember thinking that she rolled at every slight course adjustment en route.”
