Nominated Excursion with profits donated to Waverley funds
Greenock, Helensburgh and then “novel river excursion”
A feature of this excursion was the use of Clyde Marines “Fencer” to take a small number of the participants from Bowling Harbour to Clydebank, along the Forth and Clyde Canal. Cruiser was joined at the pontoon beside Clydebank College before she proceeded up the River Cart.
