Stuart Ballantyne, the Australia-based Scot who is widely recognised as a leading proponent of catamaran ferry design, joins forces with ferries guru Roy Pedersen for a CRSC-sponsored Zoom presentation designed to show how Scotland’s west coast - and by implication the CalMac network - could learn from the successful application of catamaran technology. ‘Doors open’ from 6.30pm (non-members welcome): everyone is encouraged to arrive early and linger at the end so that we can have some lively online chat.
