Waverley Excursions Ltd launches its official boiler appeal at noon at the paddler’s berth at the Science Centre, Glasgow. WEL wants as many people as possible to be there to show their support.
Waverley Excursions Ltd needs to raise £2.5m to renew the boilers - without which the paddler will not be able to sail again.
There will be a Waverley Souvenir stall where you can purchase exclusive Waverley Souvenirs, including new items produced for 2019.
WEL will also have flyers and leaflets available which can then be distributed and passed on.
To help with the appeal and keep all costs to a minimum WEL is looking for sponsorship for the following items:

WEL has continued to receive donations since Waverley’s withdrawal was announced and says the level of support gives encouragement that this magnificent vessel must be saved.
