Shipbuilding exhibition at Clydebank Museum August 25-October 29


An exhibition on Clyde shipbuilding is being mounted later this year at Clydebank Museum (within Clydebank Town Hall). ‘When the Clyde Ruled the Waves’ will place a special emphasis on companies and personalities in the forefront of innovation and design. The exhibition runs from August 25 to October 29. Opening times are Monday to Saturday 10 am to 4.30pm. Admission is free. The museum’s permanent collection also comprises ship models and a history of the Singer Sewing Machine Factory. There is an excellent cafe and shop.
