Robert Morrison, Director of Operations at CalMac Ferries Ltd, enthralled his CRSC audience on 8 March at Leonardo Hotel, Glasgow.
Addressing the Club for the second time in just over three years, he acknowledged the difficulties the ferry operator has been facing this winter, but said there was plenty in the pipeline to get excited about, including e-ticketing, a string of new ferries and a programme of port upgrades.
