Remembering nine CRSC luminaries

Nine CRSC luminaries were profiled on table cards at our 90th anniversary dinner on 14 October.

They were chosen on account of the outstanding contribution they made to our activities in the decades since the Club was founded in 1932.

The cards were designed as ephemeral adornments, making an attractive centrepiece for each table. They drew many appreciative comments on the night — some were even saved as souvenirs — and so we thought the wider membership would enjoy seeing them through the medium of our website.

Self-evidently, the Club would not be active today without the work and inspiration provided by these and other luminaries. On this significant anniversary, we salute them all, and remember with affection those we knew personally.
